My group members have already said what are project is about (Native Spanish Speaker and ADHD) so I will only talk about my group experience. I will say that our time together is overall positive. We come together and put all of our time into the stuff that we have done. I cannot say that everything will go well, but so far it has and it has been rewarding so far. The work that we are doing now from my perspective (curriculum and instruction; language and literacy based) is important for many reasons. One of the things those who work in the curriculum and instruction field do is to find how to help students learn better. We do that by looking at the practices of teachers, students, classrooms, textbooks, etc. In addition, in my particular language and literacy sub-field, I am interested in how we can help students learn languages better through the practices I listed above. That is my contribution to the group project we are doing and hope it all goes well.

Are there currently certain accommodations that exist to help the affected students learn better?
